Mammoth Access Apartments

Here are some images of the work we did at the Mammoth Access Apartments located across from High Country Lumber. We installed a thermal combination of poly-iso foam boards on the exterior sheathing with an R-21 high density batt in the interior followed by CertainTeed MemBrain creating a "smart" high-performance wall assembly that maximizes energy efficiency and protects against moisture damage. Polyiso provides continuous insulation and a water-resistive barrier, while the membrane manages vapor, allowing the wall to dry out, reducing rot risk
